Just waiting

The final papers have been filled out (for now) and we are just in the waiting mode. Waiting..crickets.....waiting.... You all know how well I do with waiting.... 

Our article 5 was picked up on 9/18.  All of my waiting momma friends will understand that now we just w..a..i...t... for travel approval. THE VERY LAST WAIT!!! China will issue an invitation for us to come and pick up our girls. Once our agency gets this invitation then we will be  in a mad dash to finish packing and gathering everything that you need for our trip. This part of the wait usually takes 2 weeks. We are so so close to getting our girls. I can almost feel them in my arms, there's a lump in my throat and my anticipation level is through the roof.

While we wait, please enjoy a few new photos of our girls. Soon they will have happy little faces.

Everything for these two little girls will soon change. While adoption is amazing is it born out of loss. They have lost their parents, they are losing their country, their language, their heritage. 

Please join us in praying for:
1. Their hearts, that they will feel our love and know we love them even before we arrive.
2. That we will stay healthy during the trip
3. That God will orchestrate all of the details and provide the final funding.
4. That we will radiate the love of Jesus every where we go
5. That he will help me be flexible if our plans change or we have difficulty.
6. That the girls will adjust quickly to the time change and be great sleepers.
